We source the majority of our suppliers from local farms, growers, cooks and stores across our region. By prioritising nearby producers we support small businesses and keep fresh, seasonal ingredients at the heart of what we do. Working with neighbours, friends and our community—many of whom share our values—helps preserve local knowledge, strengthen community resilience and deliver better quality food to future generations. All while consuming some of the tastiest food in the regime.
